In order to troubleshoot, please also help confirm the following information:
- What mail system are you using? Please specify the specific version.
- Is it possible to open the shared mailbox normally in OWA?
- What mode does Outlook client use? Cached or online?
It is recommended that you could try removing the recipient permissions for the shared mailbox and wait some time to re-add it to see if that works.
