OneDrive business - sync specific folders

Hi, is it possible to choose specific folders or specific files to back up and not only the options that are in the software?

When it comes to individual files, you have more limited options. There's no way to exclude a file per se, unless you move it out of a folder. But you can control how much space the file will be taking on the device, by selecting "Always keep on this device" or "Free up space", respectively.

If the folders are not in OneDrive folder (C:\Users<user account name>\OneDrive - xxxx), I suggest you use mklink command to create symbolic links pointing them to OneDrive folder.
