How to know if PKI encryption will work before hitting send

Hi,

When sending encrypted emails with PKI certificates, if a recipient’s certificate is invalid or missing, you get an error message when you hit send. "MS Outlook had problems encrypting this message because the following recipients had missing or invalid certificates, or conflicting or unsupported encryption capabilities.”

Is it possible to check if the encryption will work before hitting send? It’s rather annoying to have an email with multiple external recipients, ready to send before a meeting, only to find out you have another 10+ minutes of work trying to sort out certificate issues.
