Losing connection to Azure Servers when on Azure VPN Client after a few minutes. VPN stays connected

Hello,

I have a very strange issue with Azure VPN Client. After fresh booting a computer and connecting to the Azure VPN Client I can run an IP scanner and ping all the servers in Azure as well as their open ports (80,443,3389, etc.) If I make an RDP connection to the private IP everything works fine. After about 2-3 minutes I am unable to make any new connections to any of the ports on any server, but I can still ping the IPs, even though the scanner shows no open ports and I'm still connected to my 1st RDP session. If I disconnect from the VPN and reconnect, I still can't connect to any server but can ping them. I have to shut down the computer, boot back up, and reconnect to VPN and servers. I have tested this process on multiple joined/non-joined/Intune/non-Intune/Admin/non-Admin/Win10/Win11. I have S2S VPNs also using the same VPN Gateway with no issues. Needless to say, this beyond frustrating.
