I am trying to understand why I am seeing two different figures for my site members. In the upper right corner there is the number of members which is 79. On the left corner when I click on the site name it shows 24 members. I added the members in myself so I know the 79 is correct. I am not sure where the 24 figure is coming from. What's causing the discepency? If I use the site generated email address will the email go to all 79 members or just the 24 showing in the other menu? sharepointmembers

Hi @Tim V ,

I make a test in my environment, and there will be inconsistencies on both sides, but it is the opposite of your situation.

The group in the upper left corner shows 2 members, including owner and member.

1 members in the upper right corner only includes members, not owners, but when you click in, 2 members will be displayed.

I suggest you expand your member list to check if the missing accounts on both sides have anything in common?
