IIS Manager Windows 11 not showing any site

I'm running a fresh installation of Windows 11, most IIS features are enabled, and IIS Manager doesn't show any site or the web server.

What I've tried:

I restarted the service Application Host Helper with no effect.

    Hi @Daniel Piret,

    Do you have antivirus software similar to Malwarebytes installed in your windows11 system? If so, try temporarily disabling your antivirus software and uninstalling all IIS features. Then restart your computer, making sure the antivirus software is still disabled after restarting. Finally, re-enable the IIS function to see if it can solve the problem.
