Office 365 stopped supporting Windows 7 in Jan because the OSes are no longer supported. The only supported workaround is to use Office on the web.
The only thing I can think of as a potential workaround would be to use the Office Deployment Toolkit to download an offline version of Office and try to install from there. However Office updates are not supported on Win7 and changes to the Office services may break it so there are no guarantees.
