Hi
I have Microsoft surface 4, my daughter press a button by mistake and now my device is locked and ask me to enter bitlocker key, which I cannot find it at all and don't remember who setup my windows. It is not on my Microsoft account and I have no printout/usb with it. Can you please help me sort this out so i can unlock my laptop.

It could also be on a work account in Azure.
If the key cannot be found then a clean install will be necessary.
