What happens if you create a new Outlook profile?

Good Day! We are having an issue with multiple users running Windows 11 where their Outlook 365 freezes and disconnects from Exchange Online. Restarting or killing Outlook and then starting it again doesn't fix the issue and in fact we usually have to reboot. Any ideas?
A possibly related issue as well for one of our users is that when this happens for them they are kicked out of other 365 apps as well such as Word or Excel, the PC has to be rebooted and it comes back for an hour or two.
Here is what we have tried so far:
- Ran the Microsoft SARA tool, no resolution.
- Re-installed Office 365 apps, no resolution.
- Clean install of Windows 11, no resolution.
