Good Day! We are having an issue with multiple users running Windows 11 where their Outlook 365 freezes and disconnects from Exchange Online. Restarting or killing Outlook and then starting it again doesn't fix the issue and in fact we usually have to reboot. Any ideas?
A possibly related issue as well for one of our users is that when this happens for them they are kicked out of other 365 apps as well such as Word or Excel, the PC has to be rebooted and it comes back for an hour or two.

Are these just a few Outlook clients using Windows11 unresponsive?
What are the diagnostic results of the Microsoft SARA tool? Maybe you can share the screenshot after removing all privacy information.
Just want to determine where the fault is, will you still crash if you log in to the problem mailbox with a different system computer?
