If you have not managed to find the pricing details via Azure Pricing Calculator by yourself, then what you can do is to open a support request with the Azure Billing team and they will help you with this information. It might happen that this specific SKU is not available within the calculator tool.

Which region have you selected? I couldn't find it in the default region on calculator which is West US. When I selected East US, i could see the FX series SKUs listed as you can see in the below screenshot. This SKU seems to be limited to specific regions.
I looked at the available VM sizes by region and saw FX series is available in just a few regions like Japan East, West US 2, west europe etc.,

but now i am confused that why this plan pricing is too low even it have 2vcpu and 84 gb memory ?

Prices are estimates only and are not intended as actual price quotes. Actual pricing may vary depending on the type of agreement entered with Microsoft, date of purchase, and the currency exchange rate. Prices are calculated based on US dollars and converted using Thomson Reuters benchmark rates refreshed on the first day of each calendar month.
These prices are in US $ and you chose to see the price with AHB, that means licenses are not included.
Plus, with savings plans available like spot with AHB, azure offers huge discounts up to -80% savings as highlighted.
