i have an issue publishing azure functions and logic app from visual studio 2019 using a Privileged b2b guest Azure account

hi all
I'm invited to a azure subscription as a b2b guest and given RG owner on a resource group using the PIM (Privileged Identity Management) i can access the RG and create AZ resources on it using CLI or using the portal but when trying to publish using VS2019 or 2022 i get the following error
i checked with the tenant admin and he didnt find this 3rd party app in the Azure AD

Are you using the same user in Visual Studio?
Because it looks like the user that you are using doesn't exist in the tenant.
