please I need your help on this issue.

 

I’ve been trying to clone the same team mentioned below in this email and I have observed that this option is still not working.

The team is created but the 115 channels that exist in the 'team to be cloned' are not all created in the clone, it stops after creating approximately 20-50 channels.

I tried cloning the team both in the desktop app and the web version and both failed.

Other teams do get cloned with all the channels.

 

Any idea why it doesn't work with this team?

    Does anyone else in the organization have this problem?

    Is there any error message?

    I tested and private and shared channels don't appear in the newly cloned team. Please refer to the screenshot below:
