Please i need your help on this issue

Teams and outlook are running very slow. It literally moves from 1 chat window to another in bits and pieces.

I've already tried to disabled the GPU hardware acceleration, reinstalling, rebooting. Nothing seems to work. I'm running MacOS Ventura

Hi, how much memory your computer have ? MS Team use a lot by default (2g+)

Newest build this year will fix that I heard, but it's not already done.

I would check with top, or ps aux to see what process is the worst on your computer, as maybe it's not related too.
