Windows 11, Disable Content Adaptive Brightness Control (CABC?

Hello!
I can not find any way to disable this feature, I find it very annoying having disco while scrolling in webpages. Please help me get rid of this. Is there any CMD command for disable this?

I tried everything i can find online already without any results.

Using MSI laptop with RTX 3060 GPU.

    1. Press Windows key + R and type cmd.
    2. Right-click on the first option and select Run as Administrator.
    3. If you want to disable the Adaptive Brightness feature when your device is unplugged, copy and paste the following command and press Enter: powercfg -setdcvalueindex SCHEME_CURRENT 7516b95f-f776-4464-8c53-06167f40cc99 FBD9AA66-9553-4097-BA44-ED6E9D65EAB8 0
