Synapse Serverless pool in Unauthorized status

I created a synapse workspace several months ago, and it was working and I also created a serverless pool database in the Synapse Studio.

And now I cannot see the database in the Synapse Studio even if I still can access the database in SSMS. and the status of the built-in serverless pool is showing as "Unauthorized". And I am the synapse administrator as well

It looks like there is something changed in Synapse itself recently. And I tried to add myself to all the roles inside the Access Control in Synapse Studio, but still does not work.

Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

Seems you dont have enough permission to view the pools from synapse studio. You will need to have either Synapse Administrator or Synapse SQL Administrator for this, if you dont have follow the below image to get your login added to the required role.

Clear “Cookies and Cached data” of your browser.

Private Mode (New InPrivate Window).

In case, if it doesn't solve your problem - please do share the screenshot permissiona which you have granted?

I am experiencing the same problem. Have followed the steps, cleared cookies, used inprivate - my account has been made Synapse Admin so I should be able to do anything - but accessing the builtin pool is not possible.

Same problem here, I followed the recommanded steps and still can't access built-in serveless pool.

Our team got it working - after starting over from scratch. Maybe a missed step during the first deployment, maybe we did it right but something technical failed under water - at this moment, we can't tell. At least it works now.
