Format duplicated value on SharePoint Online

Question

We want to highlight duplicate values on a column via JSON formatting like in Excel, but cannot find a proper rule, anyone know how to do that?

SharePoint Online:

List JSON Formatting only can work at one row at a time, it cannot work in a whole column. Unfortunately, there is no option to achieve this in the SharePoint list.
