Mandate last name field issue

Question

Hi Team,
I am planning for a certification, but before that, while filling the forms ,I noticed first and last name are mandatory field.
But as per my document, i am using my first name only (not using any last name).
Could you please let me know, how can i proceed with this OR what i need to mention in last name section.
Please do confirm
