Hi @Oleksandr Lybyschenko
Does anyone else have the same problem in your organization?
Do you have the same problem with the Teams web client?
Based on your description, it seems like the connection issue between you and your remote server. To isolate issues with Teams clients, troubleshoot as follows:
1)Please try to perform a clean boot in Windows and check if there is the seem results.
2)Please sign out Teams desktop client and exit Teams completely. Go to %appdata%\Microsoft\teams\Cache and delete all the files. Then go to %appdata%\Microsoft\teams\Application Cache\Cache, delete all the files. Re-open Teams to see if this will make any improvement.
3)Please update your hardware. Regularly update the driver and firmware of your router and network adapter.
Reference documentation: Hardware requirements for Microsoft Teams.
4)Please make sure that you have a stable network connection. The bandwidth meets the requirements in the documentation.
In addition, you can use Call Quality Dashboard in the Teams admin center to troubleshoot. It shows organization-wide call and meeting quality.
