Hi @Stuart Butler
If they can be shared, how many times can they be used by others, is there a limit?
In webinars, the number of participants can be up to 10,000, the number of fully interactive users is 1,000, and those over 1,000 only have view-only functionality.
can we skip having a registration page for most people (i.e. register ourselves for the event and send the one joining link to the 300 attendees).
There is no way to skip the registration page, attendees are required to fill out the registration form, which is by design. For more details about Teams Webinars, you could refer to: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/quick-start-meetings-live-events

Hi @Stuart Butler
If you invite directly in a meeting, it will be the result of your test. Teams webinars allow anonymous participation through a browser. Anonymous users only need to enter their first name before joining. As long as the number of participants is within the maximum capacity, there is no other limit.
Hi @SokiGuo-MSFT , Thanks for clarifying I had not understood that there was a difference between "inviting" people using the meeting link and having people register. This makes much more sense and makes things much easier for us on the day!
