How to fix this, Visual Studio Files download is increasing and decreasing size

The download keeps increasing and decreasing in size the whole , eg it reaches 200mb goes down to 150mb goes up again and down, thereby stuck on downloading. My network strength is good I have downloaded other files with no challenges. This kept on happening each time I try to download Visual Studio Files
