Applied and was granted permission for using an Azure Computer Vision resource as a Gated Service for testing. Not working anymore.

Question

I had applied for using this Azure Computer Vision resource as a Gated Service for testing purposes back in december 2021 and received permission for it. However, I moved the resource to another resource group and the container that was connected to this resource does not work anymore because it is restricted (don't have permission). Do I need to reapply to use this resource or can you grant me access to use it locally in a container again?

Thanks for reaching out to us. I am sorry we can not grant access or check on your status without your information. And to protect your privacy, we can not ask your subscription ID/ email/ other personal information here.

You'll be able to run a gated preview container if your Azure resource was created with the approved Azure subscription ID. **If you are running it under the approved ID but you can not make it, I would suggest you to contact the team at csgate@microsoft.com **You can expect a response within 10 business days. 

At the meantime, to make sure thing going faster, I would suggest you to re-request the access in case there is some access expired due to some unknown issues - request form is here.

Please let me know if you have send an email but there is no response, we can help you coordinate it.
