How do I change default browser for Linux Teams (on Fedora)? I recently switched to Chrome from Firefox, and deleted Firefox, and now Teams complains that it can't find /usr/bin/firefox/. As a workaround I linked /usr/bin/firefox/ to google-chrome but that's silly.

This is not a correct answer.
Linux Teams does not use xdg-open to open Links on Linux.
It ignores the settings of the default browser.
It is a bug in Teams, or probably electron.
Worked fine in 1.3, it's broken in 1.4
After trying around I noticed the following, and I want to hint this for anyone searching a fix:
cat ~/.config/mimeapps.list
[Default Applications]
text/html=google-chrome.desktop
and
xdg-settings get default-web-browser
google-chrome.desktop
This worked perfectly in all apps, also in teams up to 1.3; However teams since 1.4 still yet again used firefox.
but by adding:
x-scheme-handler/http=google-chrome.desktop
x-scheme-handler/https=google-chrome.desktop
It fixed it for me on linux. Now Teams yet again opens links in the correct default browser.
