How do I assign Resource Policy Contributor built-in policy?

I'm trying to configure Azure Sentinel to read my Azure logs. Unfortunately, I receive the error in the attachment. Research tells me I can fix this by assigning the Resource Policy Contributor to the identity used in the subscription. However, I can't find the Resource Policy Contributor role to add.

Any suggestions?
