why I cannot receive verification email to create Free Trial student account

HI

I am student from Shanghai Ocean University ( Mainland China ) .

I'm very insterested in Azure Cloud service, so tried to sign up to get Free trail service for student. However I cannot receive verification email by my edu.cn account, I can ensure this account is workable as I'm able to receive other emails.

Why ? or it's limitation for Mainland China ?

Is there anyway to verify I am qualifed student from Mainland China, like video call ?

    China region is supported for Azure Free services, you can check the region availability over here - https://azure.microsoft.com/en-gb/free/free-account-faq/

    Can you check your spam emails or junk folder? Try using another mail provider?
