I have the same issue...install button grayed out and nothing seems to fix it. Windows 11 is the WORST version ever and that's saying a lot.

Hello, i had a virus on my pc around 6 months ago. After that i have not been able to update my pc. the virus is completly gone. When i run the trouble shooter it says ''check for windows update issues'' I have tried allmost everthing. This affects me because i can now not install things form the microsoft store due to the fact it is outdated.
