think its problem of writing speed is just slow

if I want to put something on USB sticks in Windows 11, this only goes at about 14MB per second.
I have tried on several sticks all 3.0+
I have tried on my pc, surface pro 8 and steam deck.
I have set usb to performance.
On the same steam deck I also have linux where the speed is high.
