    勇彬 何 Are you using ARM deployment for creating an Azure OpenAI resource?

    I hope your subscription is approved to create an OpenAI resource before using the same.

    If the above is true, then the error indicates that the location field is not passed for the resource. The possible values for location or regions for OpenAI resource is currently only East US, South Central US, West Europe.
