Hi @shafeeque
Does the Teams web client have the same problem?
If Microsoft Teams fails to connect you to an audio or video meeting, ensure your network connection is stable. Clearing the app cache and setting your computer’s speakers as the default audio devices should also help. Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot this issue:
1)Clear the application cache.
- Exit the Microsoft Teams desktop client completely. To do this, right-click the Teams icon in the Task Manager tool and select End Task.
- Then type the following code in the Windows Search bar and hit Enter. %appdata%\Microsoft\teams
2)Update the MS Teams app.
3)Temporarily disable VPN and antivirus software.
4)Change the default audio device.
