I bought windows 10 entreprise for 2.00 off eBay a couple of years ago and someone who claims they work at windows stated that the seller has access to my pc remotely and personal info as it is enterprise edition and that’s what I paid for, is this the case? Can anyone see my info or remotely access my pc from this edition of windows I bought off eBay?

If what you bought was a custom image, who knows what is on there. You can do a factory reset and select the option to 'Remove Everything', which would start you from scratch.
Have you checked to see if the activation key is valid? That is something else worth investigating.

I have done a clean install a few times already
I have used the key for the last 3 years it worked when putting it in and it is enterprise edition, I have had no issues but just anxious about my privacy that’s all
