New printer added in server 2019, but almost all PCs can't install that printer, just the old version 1909 windows 10 is ok. The logs on PC side is as below. Other old printers on that server works well. Thanks!

The print spooler failed to import the printer driver that was downloaded from \Servername\print$\x64\PCC\fx6bsal.inf_amd64_89a6821482cd5bde.cab into the driver store for driver FX ApeosPort C3570 PCL 6. Error code= 800702e4. This can occur if there is a problem with the driver or the digital signature of the driver.
