Li, Haiyang Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum!

please help me create my own device for testing DigiCert Global Root G2

Could you please add more details regarding your query? As per your initial ask, you need to create a device to test DigiCert Global Root G2 root certificate. Are you looking to test the certificate with your exisiting device or new device?

You can add/create a device to Your IoT Hub by following the doc Register a new device in the IoT hub with detailed steps.

Also, check IoT Device Provisioning Service to Register an IoT device with the IoT Device Provisioning Service.

You can Create a self-signed certificate: To test the DigiCert Global Root G2, you can create a self-signed certificate using OpenSSL or the Digicert Certificate Utility. This certificate should be signed by the DigiCert Global Root G2 certificate.

Follow the steps documented here to check and validate the certificate.

Do let us know if that helps or if you have any further queries.

If you need further help in this matter, please comment in the below section and we are happy to discuss!
