What is the maximum number of users for a shared excel? (Just for view)

Hello,

There is a 500 KB shared excel file where about 15 people enter data. Shared via OneDrive and everyone is using it online. We want to share this file with another department just so they can view it. The department is more than 100 people. My question is: Will there be a slowdown when sharing this file with a team of 100-150 people just for viewing? Does it complicate the work of the team that will do the data entry? Is there a maximum limit for the number of such users?

    Currently, I do not find the limit to the number of people you can share a file in this article "Restrictions and limitations in OneDrive and SharePoint".
