Unclear RPO and RTO for SQL always on availability group

The article about BCDR for SQL Server provides a descriptive information regarding RTO and RPO for using Always On availability group for SQL Server on Azure VM (RTO: The time taken to make the secondary replica as primary, RPO: Because replication to the secondary replica is asynchronous, there's some data loss)

Is there a range of time to provide for these values to consider with expectations we have for our organization?
