Dear MicrosoftLearn | Solutions Partner Program Designation :

I required my AZ-104 Exam to be cleared so I may re-schedule the Microsoft Azure Administrator course. The OnVue Testing Center has some technical issues with the OnVue online training session, and the system-view disable Tester interaction and certain context to the courseware question were not visible in order to complete the questionnaire test assessment. The system glitch occurs during that assessment of the questionnaire when MCP Tester has NO-CLUE to the property or attributes of the resource being inquired on 1 of the Q&A base on required context. The system disabled user action and applied blank response onto other questionnaires, closed my online-exam session and MARKED my training as completed.

I need your assistance to clear this entry and remove the 14 Days Restriction for this IT Exams so I may schedule or re-instate the IT EXAM that has an 'ERROR'. I can do this by using the Pearson Courtesy voucher that was provided by OnVUE. The technical system issues created a training entry of which i did not complete and is preventing me from scheduling the Microsoft MCP IT Exam.

The Microsoft Case Number is | VUE:

MS CASE #: 09290158

IT EXAM(S)

Microsoft Azure Administrator
