    Hello @Jeremiah Martin,

    this is unfortunate.

    I have seen in the past the free Azure account is only provided once on a credit card. Changing to another email was not solving this, I remember.

    Did you create a free account in the past using the same credit card?

    Or, is there a spending cap on the (virtual or prepaid) credit card?

    Did you get more/other details regarding the reason for this decision?
