application gateway user activity logs

I have deployed Application Gateway. If any change and any modification is done by any admin users. Where is the log stored? and how to track it?

@Nitin Parmar-Tss consultancy , The "Azure Monitor activity log" contains insights to any change events done at subscription level or at resource level. Please see this link for information - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-monitor/essentials/activity-log?tabs=powershell

This can be sent to Log Analytics workspace to create rules for alerting and notification as well. Please see Send to Log Analytics workspace.
