Windows Server 2012R2 DHCP issue

Hi,

I noticed I have a problem with my DHCP service, which based on Windows Server 2012 R2. The problem is that almost no available ip addresses on scope 10.114.34.0. The dynamic pool of ip addresses is 10.114.34.128 - 10.114.34.191. Subnet mask is /24.

I used powershell to get list of free dynamic asigned ip addresses:

Why in case of checking free ip addresses DHCP doesnt return addresses like 10.114.34.138, 10.114.34.142, 10.114.34.143, 10.114.34.144 and so on?
