Power Automate or SharePoint Designer workflow for SharePoint 2019

Question

I see SharePoint Designer 2013 workflow have been retired on SharePoint Online, but still could be used on SharePoint server, it means SharePoint Designer 2013 workflow still works on SharePoint 2019? We plan to do some automated actions like approval or emails etc, what is your suggestion? Power Automate or SharePoint Designer workflow?

Yes, SharePoint Designer 2013 workflow still works on SharePoint 2019. I would suggest Power Automate flow as SharePoint Designer workflow will be retired and end of support in the future. Also, Power Automate flow integrates better in modern SharePoint.
