Windows 10 22h2 BSOD when installing from SCCM

Hello,

We are in the process of updating our provisioning image in SCCM to Windows 10 22h2 (previously 21h2).

For this I extract the install.wim from the DVD then extract the index that I need and using DISM I mount and modify the image.

I add several languages to the wim file then commit the changes. Then on the task sequence I apply different windows settings with different language according to a collection variable.

Everything works fine for Windows 10 21h2 and Windows 11 22h2 (Testing only) but for some reason when selecting a language other than English for the Win 10 22h2 the OS shuts down before finishing the task sequence and when rebooting we get a BSOD.

Is this a known issue that can be fixed ? What log file can I check to see what is the error ?

I tried to remove some language, some customization but nothing works.

Thanks for your help.

    Hi @Gerard Wilfried

when selecting a language other than English for the Win 10 22h2 the OS shuts down before finishing the task sequence and when rebooting we get a BSOD.

1, Whether the deployment was successfully when the langrage is English? Can it be used to SCCM OSD before you modify this image?

2, Have you tried deploying the image to different models of machines? Have you changed the driver? Please help make sure that your image is using the correct driver. Please help upload a screenshot about the BSOD.

3, We may recommend that you can upgrade your client by deploy the Windows 10 22H2 Enablement Package.
