Can't download files from yammer api

Hi, i'm trying to download a file from yammer api.

We have built a service that will fetch the messages posted in the group, we have obtained the type of message, its content and the attached files. In the attached files there is a url "download_url" that can only be accessed authenticated.

My question is, can I pass the access token in the url and how? if not, is there any way to download the file without authentication knowing that the person has given authorization to access the information?
