Hi,

I'm looking to display two extensions attributes from our on-premise AD in users' Teams profile cards. We run a hybrid environment and I'm unsure whether I can affect the Teams profile cards through local registry keys (as with Outlook desktop), or by editing information in Azure AD.

I have already used Microsoft Graph to get these extension attributes to display in Outlook on the web profile cards, and have edited registry keys to get them to display in Outlook Desktop, but I cannot find a way to get the same attributes to display in users' Teams profile cards.

Any assistance would be much appreciated, thanks in advance!

    Hi @Alasdair Smart

Teams tag is mainly focused on the general issue of Microsoft Teams troubleshooting. Based on your description, this problem is related to Teams Graph API development. The following is for informational purposes only:

You can add any of the 15 Azure AD custom extension attributes to users' profile cards by configuring your organization settings and adding the corresponding value as a profileCardProperty in Microsoft Graph. You can add one profileCardProperty resource at a time. It takes up to 24 hours for the changes to show on profile cards.
