@Hector Are you able to get any results when performing "az storage account list"? Is the account accessible via the portal? How is authentication being done in the CLI? Perhaps make sure you are in the right tenant and subscription.

We have 2 subscriptions with same tenant, they are trying to connect to one resource in one of this subscription, the question is how the can in them connection string specify to waht subscription they need to conneect.
az login --service-principal --username --password --tenant
@AzCoAdmDev01 After logging in you can change subscription by running: 'az account set --subscription "My Demos"' If using the interactive azlogin make sure they are selecting the correct account.
