Merge account into new email

Please can I merge my account ******@hotmail.co.uk and ******@hotmail.co.uk into my new email address ******@outlook.com, I also have some certifications linked to ******@hotmail.co.uk they I want to be moved too

Microsoft Certification / Exams is currently not supported in the Q&A forums.
