Power BI cannot refresh automatically or manually

Hi
I can refresh my Power BI report in Power BI desktop without issue. But in web app I get:
The credentials provided cannot be used for the AzureTables source.
Please notice that the error is slightly different than described here: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Issues/quot-The-credentials-provided-for-the-AzureTables-source-are/idi-p/464193
I am not using Gateway. Storage account allows access from all networks.
What else can I check?
