ASAP Help Needed with the Javascript Script Editor Disappearing from page?

Has anyone ever experienced the javascript script editor web part used on a site page using modern layout has just disappearing? and you don't even get a notice that says it's been deleted? it's just like modern layout just says, i don't like the script editor so i'm just going to ignore it.
Then after a few refreshes and reloads - the script editor is back among the web parts you can use and you have to reenter all of your script code again?
In the empty block there's supposed to be a link to a lightbox TypeForm element but it keeps getting removed. Would love to know if anyone has had this issue, how it was resolved and what can be done in the future to prevent it from happening again.
Any insight would be GREATLY appreciated - i need this resolved ASAP!!

It's actually just script code from TypeForm to call the form as a popup - it works just fine while it's there - but when the script web part disappears - it really disappears - meaning that it's not in the web part list, or on the page, but it's available on other or new pages - it's soooo bizarre!!
