Azure migration services brining the machines down

Hi Team,
We are migrating vms from AWS to Azure through Azure Migrate. We were able to replicate majority of the machines but few for the some machines, the migration service is making the server non responsive.
The servers are running sql servers and are consuming high cpu and memory.
What is the ideal way to replicate the machine without causing any downtime.

I see that you have already replicated machines from AWS to Azure but facing issues with a few. Since the issue is with CPU and memory utilization that is something that requires deeper investigation. I would suggest you contact Azure technical support team by raising a support request. The ticket enables you to work closely with the support engineers and get a quick resolution to your issue.

Just curious to know, what was the CPU and memory utilization rating that you could see for the VMs in question while performing assessments?

we are running the SQL server instances on those machines, the machines are already running with High CPU and High memory(some time it goes upto 95% CPU and 90% memory)
Are you aware of any issues in while running the replication in those boxes, what are option to explore for those boxes.
MS team replied that it may be due to high churn rate in those machines and they suggested to scale up the source machines to proceed with the migrationWill that be violable option?

2020-10-14T18:12:41+00:00 For assessments, the current VM size list can be found in our doc - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/migrate/concepts-assessment-calculation and in the product experience. For replication, you can find almost all VM sizes. That being said, there should not be any instability to the OS.
