Firstly, have you checked your account profile to see if your Pay-as-you-go plan is reflected? If yes, there is a chance you may need to change the pricing tier if the specific service you are using has reached its limit. Even if you have a pay as you go plan, you must upgrade to the standard tier because you have reached the limit. Changing to pay as you go will not remove the limit. Could you please elaborate on which specific service you are actually trying?
