Why is the Proxy section not visible in my Network & Internet menu?

Hi all,

my laptop does not have proxy settings in the Network & Internet Settings tab. When I use search to find the proxy settings, I can't enter them. I've tried resetting the network, flushing dns, disabling and re-enabling the proxy from regedit but nothing has changed. Any suggestions?
