Domain cannot access my voucher for exam

I had several exams vouchers I cannot access in my account. Missing.

My tenant M365 Premium has an account in that domain. I can access my tenant.

I can sign in my machine or phone.

I can sign in my edge browser mobile or desktop.

Access my mail web, mobile or desktop.

But when I want to use my vouchers. I cannot sign in, mark my account as personal.

I don't know, if after that all my vouchers are going to be there.
