Unable to register Azure subscription

I was trying to register my subscription to complete the Azure DevOps course but keep getting below exception. Please advise how can this be resolved.

Please provide complete error details, this is not clear from the screenshot. Also check the FAQs for creating the free account on Azure https://azure.microsoft.com/en-gb/free/free-account-faq/

last two months am trying to create a free account for the last two months, but it just gives me an error message as shown in the screen print.

"Check your address. There appears to be an error in it."

It always reports that the city that I provided was wrong. even after providing my credit card details.

This is so confusing how can I proceed ahead?
